Drivers' Education Classroom - Summer

Description:

Students MUST BE 15 in order to take the permit test. Plan according to your family's needs if this class is too soon for your 14 year old. If too much time passes between classroom instruction and their 15th birthday, they may fail the test.
Students in Classroom Driver's Education will be given a Certificate of Completion showing 30 hours of completed classroom training on the last day of class, pending passing grades. 80% or higher is required to receive a certificate of completion.
At the conclusion of the 30 hours, the student/parent will present the Certificate of Completion to the Behind the Wheel School of their choice. More information about this process will be given during class.

Bring to Class:

Class will be held at the LFCHS Auditorium. Class will begin immediately at 8:30am and will conclude no later than 11:30am. Students who arrive early can wait in the High School Commons until the auditorium is open.

All students will need an electronic device to complete their assignments and quizzes during class. This can be a phone, tablet or laptop.

All students will need a working Little Falls Schools email account (@isd482.org) or a Gmail account to complete their assignments and quizzes.

Students may not miss more than 1 of the 10 required days. Any day a student misses, will require the student to complete makeup work for the day missed. Absences in excess of 1 day will require the student to reregister for the 30 hour training. A cumulative percentage of 80% is required to pass the course including the completion of all assignments and quizzes.

There will be NO virtual option. All students must be in-person for the required 30 hours.
